Franklin. This misfortune was the catalyst for an entrepreneurial opportunity. The diligence and attention to details used in the renovation of this property is the foundation of the firm's commitment to excellence today. Years of hands-on renovating, constructing and contracting have been the training grounds for Gestod Construction, L. L. C. and the company's effective construction project management techniques.

all manufacturers, de- signers, vendors, and contractors. Clients are offered a professional service that applies
effective management techniques to the plan- ning, design, and con- struction of a project from inception to completion for the purpose of controlling time, cost and quality.
